Discussing your individualised treatment plan

Consultation

All data collected as a result of steps 1 and 2 are analysed by the practitioner. The results are discussed with the director (and sometimes in team meetings). Subsequently, a tailor-made treatment plan is drawn up that matches your request for help as closely as possible.

As soon as the draft treatment plan is ready, you will be invited for an advisory meeting. During the consultation you will be extensively informed about the treatment process and what this can mean for you (working method, duration, costs and frequency of appointments). The treatment can start as soon as you have agreed to the proposed treatment plan.


Waiting times

Of course you would like to be helped quickly. We do everything we can to help you as soon as possible. However, there is a lot of demand for our assistance. That’s why we publish the waiting times that apply to each branch on a monthly basis.

The registration waiting time is the waiting time between the moment you contact us for an intake and the day that the intake actually takes place. The treatment waiting time is the waiting time between the intake and the start of the treatment. The waiting time does not depend on the diagnosis and does not differ per health insurance company. The waiting times are updated monthly.


Treatment path

Duration of treatment

Your practitioner will discuss the likely duration of the treatment with you during the consultation. In the course of the treatment it may become clear that it is necessary to continue for longer. It is also possible that the treatment will be shorter than expected. The duration of the treatment varies from a few weeks to a few months.

In general, the client and the practitioner will decide in consultation when the treatment will stop. It is possible that you want to terminate the treatment, but that your practitioner thinks differently. As a client, you are free to terminate the treatment at any time. You can always discuss the reason for your departure with your practitioner.

The course of the treatment will be recorded in your file. The course of the treatment will be evaluated regularly with you. If necessary, the treatment plan will be adjusted in consultation with you.
