Nicole graduated from Tilburg University in 1997 with a degree in Administrative Information Science. Since then she has been working in the ICT sector as a project manager and business consultant. After 10 years she was ready for something new in which the human being would be much more central and she ended up at the neuroCare Group.

Since January 2008, Nicole has been working at neuroCare Nederland at the location in Nijmegen as a practice supporter. This means that she is in charge of the background affairs so that the therapists and researchers can focus as much as possible on their field of expertise. It also performs supporting tasks for the Brainclinics Research Institute.
